Domestic Shipping

Since each piece is carefully curated by hand, MY turnaround is approx two to four weeks unless otherwise stated “RTS” (ready to ship). Your order is processed within one to three business days before it is prepared for production. If you need your items sooner, please contact me prior to purchase to ensure I may accommodate your request. An expedited shipping fee is available for purchase in the shop. An extra surcharge for rush production will apply. Please inquire about rush shipping.

International Shipping

Currently, we are shipping to the US only. We apologize for the inconvenience however, we hope to expand soon.

Returns + Exchanges

Returns are accepted for defective pieces only. Each item is made to the highest quality and standard. in the event of a defected item please reach out to me within seven days of receipt. Returns are not accepted otherwise due to the custom nature of each piece.

A gentle reminder that all items are handmade so slight imperfections may vary but will not affect function.

I take pride in packaging your items to protect from the elements however, once your order leaves my possession I cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Tracking is provided with each shipment.

Returns are NOT accepted for the following:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Stains, discoloration or rips.

• Lost or stolen items.

Exchanges

Currently, exchanges are accepted for defective merchandise only.
